Stookey Blue - Folk/Ceilidh Band

Stookey Blue is a Norfolk-based folk/ceilidh band.

The band has a variable line up, you can expect about 6 or 7 of our musicians to play for a ceildih booking but fewer of us for small venues and background music. The number of musicians will depend on the nature of your event. We have our own PA system for larger events - for smaller events we may play acoustically. The instruments the band members play include: fiddle, guitar, mandolin, concertina and banjo.

The band regularly meet for their folk music session evenings on a Monday evening from approximately 8:30 onwards. Anyone is welcome to come along to listen, join in or do their own solo spots. Please see the Upcoming Gigs page for where these are held.

The band is available for hire for public and private parties, weddings, fetes, fairs, street parties - in fact any event for which music is suitable. Please contact us for more details.
